Dr Rebecca Newton, Managing Director, is a Business Psychologist and expert in Leadership Development. Rebecca specialises in Leadership Education, with the goal of translating valuable leadership theory and research into practical, useful insights and tools for leaders and teams around the world. She lectures in Leadership at the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) where she is a Visiting Fellow, is part of the global faculty team for Duke Corporate Education (ranked Financial Times #1 globally 2003-2011 in custom corporate education & BusinessWeek #1 2007-2011 in custom executive education), is published in the Journal of Change Management where she now serves on the Editorial Board, and was a Visiting Fellow at Harvard University.
